NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE – HUDSON RIVER PARTNERS I L.P.Synopsis:MICC-West Point intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13-106-1(b)(1)(i), “Only one responsible source” based on the company being the sole developer and provider of the products and is therefore the only source capable of satisfying the Government requirements. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with HUDSON RIVER PARTNERS I L.P., 674 THAYER RD., WEST POINT, NY 10996 for:MINORITY AND CONGRESSIONAL STAFFER VISITATION PROGRAMThis notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice.
