The RFP is an invitation to submit offers for the provision of HBA & MBA Leadership Under Fire Course Facilitator for Ivey Business School (Ivey) Programs. The Leadership Under Fire Course is designed collaboratively using military-based training strategies focused on leadership, character, communication, decisiveness, teamwork and adaptability based on the following: Leadership Training Ivey’s HBA and MBA programs are the target group for this experiential leadership training that is intended to stretch students mentally, physically and emotionally. There are typically 40 students per session.
