This will be a firm fixed price contract.The Select Choice Agreements offer four preventative visits per year per autoclave and parts needed if breakdown occurs. The autoclaves covered are: 20X20X38 CENTURY GRAV STR SN#013149902, LAB 250 VAC MAN VRT SLD SD CAB STEAM SN#032751402, LAB 250 VAC MAN VRT SLD SD CAB STEAM SN#032751414, LAB 250 GRV CAB STEAM MAN VRT SLD SD SN#033201105, LAB250 VAC SD STM PRT PWR CAB SN#030891502 AND LAB250 VAC SD STM PT PWR CAB SN#030911504.A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is solely at the discretion of the Government in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b).
