KDSB is the owner of the former Norseman Inn Motel in Red Lake, ON and is proceeding with a conversion of the existing building to a 10-unit senior’s housing complex with support space.KDSB is in the process of engaging a Consultant to provide design and contract administration (CA) services for the project.Through this RFP, KDSB is seeking to engage a Contractor with a proven track record to act as the Construction Manager, who shall work collaboratively with the project team during pre-construction and be responsible for the Work during the construction period.Any contract(s) resulting from this Request for Proposal (RFP) shall include construction manager services and construction services as outlined in this RFP, including a wide range of sub-trades, materials, labour, equipment, transportation, accommodations, permitting, and other work required for the renovations.
