Narahara 949-362-4313 RNarahara@cityoflagunaniguel.org Bids to Owner's Agent Description Scope of Services The City of Laguna Niguel (“City”) is requesting proposals from qualified firms (“Consultant”) to perform an assessment to determine the ownership of all open space components within the City. This work will culminate in the development of an Open Space Inventory (“Inventory”). The Inventory is a component of the City’s adopted Strategic Plan, Goal # 3 (Open Space and Environmental Preservation). Other Details The successful Consultant will identify the ownership of each open space component, develop the Inventory (a comprehensive report that describes each open space component and the ownership information), and create a GIS shapefile (that will be uploaded to the City’s GIS) as well as public education materials. Notes The Consultant will develop an itemized proposal that provides a full description and breakdown of fees for each of the tasks listed in this section of the RFP.
