Invitation to Submit Lease Proposal

The State of Connecticut, Department of Administrative Services (DAS), will accept proposals from property owners or their representative(s) until 3:00 PM on Friday, February 3, 2023, to lease 116,000-130,000 net usable square feet of warehouse space. Only lease proposals will be accepted. Offers from option holders cannot be considered. Criteria for the warehouse shall include: Centrally located in CT and within proximity to a major highway, have loading docks and rollup bay doors to be accessible for tractor trailers and straight box trucks. The space must be climate controlled. The general warehouse, which should also include some office space, should be between 59-86 degrees Fahrenheit and a small, area of at least 2,000 sq.ft., must be between 62-78 degrees.
