The City of Houston (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified service providers to deliver comprehensive Enterprise Application Services. The City aim’s to optimize and streamline its existing software system to enhance its operational efficiency and customer experience. This project will encompass the following key services: application development and support, application managed services, staff augmentation and recruitment, consulting, assessing, advising, research subscription and project management. The City intends to enter into one or more contracts for an initial term of five (5) years with two (2) one-year options to renew annually for a total potential term of seven (7)
