69--HARDWARE SIMULATORS - CRANE OPERATOR TRAINING AIDS and DEVICES

DLA MARITIME PUGET SOUND intends to procure the following items on a brand name or equal basis to ITI simulators for 1 each Virtual Reality Desktop Mobile Crane Simulator Hardware; 1 each Virtual Reality Motion Base Crane Simulator Hardware; 1 each Virtual Reality Overhead Crane Operator Simulator – Wireless Control Operations Hardware; 1 each Virtual Reality Overhead Crane Operator Simulator – Cab Operated with Motion Base Hardware; and 2 each Unlimited Subscription for 6 and 9 months. The solicitation will be issued as a commercial RFQ in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. This is to be solicited 100% Small Business Set-aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 336413. The resultant award will be a firm fixed-price supply contract for delivery to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Immediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS and IMF), Bremerton, WA.
Offerors wishing to submit a quote are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ and

for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments. Offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). To be considered for award, vendors must submit their quotes on the solicitation document posted to NECO to include pricing and completion of all certifications and representations contained in the document. Offerors not submitting a fully completed quote will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for award. The solicitation number for this requirement is SPMYM218Q0416. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available for download on or around 22 Dec 2017.
The closing date of the solicitation will be on or around 12 Jan 2018 at 2:00 PM Pacific Local Time, unless a later date is specified in the solicitation. The RFQ will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link at https://www.neco.navv.mil and will also be available for download at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. A bidders list will not be maintained by this office, no telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same.
