On-Call Professional Construction Management Services

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals are invited by the Humboldt CountyDepartment of Public Works, for the following: REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ No. DPW2024-001) FOR THE PROVISION OF ON-CALL PROFESSIONAL CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES The Humboldt County Department of Public Works is accepting sealed Statements of Qualification (SOQs) from qualified consulting firms to provide on-call professional construction management services for various state and federally funded roadway and bridge construction projects. The County will select a consultant, based on their experience, availability of personnel and other considerations as noted in the RFQ to award a master consultant agreement and issue task orders. If you wish to submit a proposal, submit one (1) hard copy and one (1) electronic copy of all requested information in a sealed envelope. A return address and the words “RFQ No. DPW2024-001” must be printed on the outside face of the envelope. Sealed proposals must be

received by Public Works, 1106 2nd Street, Eureka, CA by 4:00 P.M. on Thursday, February 29, 2024. Proposals received late will be rejected and returned unopened. The County of Humboldt reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
