“Discounted Acupuncture Services”

The City of Dania Beach is requesting Letters of Interest from licensed, experienced and qualified businesses to provide acupuncture services at a discount to active employees, elected officials, employees, and their dependents, who are immediate family members.

The City intends to offer acupuncture services as a voluntary benefit to active employees, elected officials, and their dependents. The cost for acupuncture services will be borne by the patient and shall not be assumed by the City under any circumstance, including via health insurance coverage. More than one provider may be selected by the City.

Please submit Letters of Interest to the attention of Sasha Ramos, the City Procurement Administrator, 100 West Dania Beach Boulevard, Dania Beach, Florida 33004 no later than 2:00 p.m. (local time) on Friday, November 6, 2020. Replies should be marked “Acupuncturist Reply to City Request for Letters of Interest”. Replies that are not timely received will not be considered.
