CENTRAL REGION, DESIGN & ENGINEERING SERVICES NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALSRFP No. 25222038 – Bethel Airport West Apron Improvements
Design Services The Contractor shall provide professional services for the preparation of a set of plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) for the Bethel Airport West Apron Airport Improvement. Services are anticipated to include Surveying/ROW Mapping, Geotechnical Investigation/Recommendations, PFAS testing, Environmental, Public Involvement, Airport Layout Plan, Engineer’s Design Report, Construction Safety and Phasing Plan, Erosion and Sediment Control Plan, Assistance during Bidding, Design Close-Out Documentation, and Assistance during Construction.A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately March 2022 to July 2027.  Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $500,000 to $1,000,000.The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available December 9, 2021 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue in Anchorage, AK.
