LAS 14032 - Land Use Permit Amendment for guide cabin to replace tent platform near Pingston Creek

REQUESTED ACTIVITY: Applicant Michael Litzen, dba Litzen Guide Service Inc, is requesting the amendment of a land use permit to authorize the construction and use of a 12'x14' guide cabin and pit privy near Pingston Creek to replace the 12'x14' tent platform, privy, and cache at the site permitted to him since 1993. PROPOSED DATES OF USE: Start: May 1, 2024 End: April 30, 2029 DEADLINE FOR COMMENTS: April 23, 2024 The public is invited to comment on this activity. The purpose of this notice is to gather input before a decision is made on this activity.
