JTAC Training Kits

The 23rd Bomb Squadron at Minot AFB, ND has a requirement for JTAC training kits consisting of three Tactical Network Rover (TNR) kits and peripheral equipment 1. The TNR is proprietary to L3/Harris and the supporting equipment is proprietary to Black Diamond Advanced Technology (BDAT). See attached Quote Sheet for list of items and Brand Name Justification for BDAT and L3.1. Questions shall be submitted to the POCs and Contracting Officer listed above no later than 11 September 2020. Questions submitted after this date may not be answered.2. Quotes in response to this solicitation must be submitted via email to the POCs and Contracting Officer listed above no later than the established deadline. Offerors are encouraged to submit proposals prior to proposal due date.3. Quotes must be valid through 30 September 2020.4. All price quotations must be submitted on Attachment 01 - Quote Sheet; all technical submissions must be submitted on a separate document.5. Quotes may be submitted for all or some of the items listed. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards from this RFQ.6. Offerors must review the provision at FAR 52.204-24 and provide required certifications.NOTE: 52.232-18 Availability of Funds - Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made.
