This solicitation is in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commerical Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation is posted as a 100% Small Business Set Aside under NAICS 333923, Overhead Traveling Crance, Hoise, and Monorail System Manufacturing.The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to the contractor with the lowest priced, responsive and responsible contractor whose quote conforms to the terms and conditions of this solicitation outlined in FAR 9.104-1.Please see the attached documents for more information.
