Hotel Conference

The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Michigan intends to award a contract to The Double Tree by Hilton in Detroit, Michigan for a pre-deployment conference. The conference will begin 08-09 September, 2018. Conference rooms, audio visual and meals will be required for approximately 150 individuals requiring hotel rooms. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. The Double Tree is honoring per diem rates for the hotel rooms. The audio visual, meals and meeting rooms are being purchased as well and the pricing has been compared to other venues to prove the pricing fair and reasonable. Response to this intent should be from hotel capable of housing and feeding 150+ individuals in the Detroit area.
