Aircrew Self Defense Weapon Parts

The South Carolina Air National Guard (SC ANG) intends to seek approval and authorization to procure Aircrew Self Defense Weapon (ASDW) conversion kits. If appropriate authorization is granted, the SC ANG intends to seek competitive quotations from responsible vendors who can provide current weapon conversion kits in order to comply with current ACC/AFGSC Capability Requirements for Fighter Aircrew Seat Kit Weapons. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. The SC ANG is looking to publicize this notice in order to increase potential competition. Responses to this notice shall be sent to timothy.ogburn.1@us.af.mil no later than 2:00 PM EDT Thursday, 10 November 2020. All interested firms must conduct their own research regarding the specifications of the above requirement. This procurement is to be processed using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in conjunction with FAR Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items. There is no solicitation package
