Ashley NF Spirit Lake Carbaryl Spray

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service (FS), Intermountain Zone, Ashley National Forest has a need for treatment of approximately 870 Engelmann Spruce trees for spruce beetles, with Carbaryl 4L, on the Spirit Lake Campground.  Amendment 001: The purpose of this amendment is to clarify that a contractor must have a Pesticide Applicator's License for this project. The License must be from the Utah Department of Agriculture and Food or the license must be from a state with a reciprocal agreement.  All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.  Include a signed copy of this amendment with your quote package. Amendment 002: the purpose of this amendment is to extend the response deadline  from 6/15/2022 at 1:00 PM MT to 06/22/2022 at 1:00 PM MT.
