McAdam park has been designated to serve as the new home for the Palmdale Pony League, and this project will provide upgrades and improvements to multiple areas of the park, including accessibility, utility, sports field lighting, playground, and parking lot upgrades, as well as a new baseball field, concession stand, and accessible restroom building. The existing restroom building shall be repurposed as a storage room. The existing storage building shall be renovated. Consultant shall study the planning and/or occupancy impacts these improvements have on the existing park entitlements and prepare the appropriate planning (i.e. - major modification) and environmental documents per the applicable codes and ordinances.
