This study will develop a strategy that sets a path forward to achieve that vision and provide a roadmap for leveraging and funding the identified opportunities. Interested proposers and subcontractors are encouraged to attend the conference in order to gain information about the RFP requirements. This meeting is being held in-person at Metro with a Zoom connection available for those that are not able to attend in-person.
