Invitation for Bid 2024-3 Helen Drive Retaining WallsSealed Bids for the construction of the Helen Drive Retaining Walls will be received by Dracut Town Offices, Attn: Barbara O’Connor, second floor of the Dracut Town Hall - 62 Arlington Street, Dracut, MA 01826, until 12:00 PM local time on March 29, 2024, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of constructing approximately 280 LF of precast concrete modular gravity retaining walls including demolition of existing walls, installation of new drainage, and installation of new landscaping. The engineer’s estimate for the work is between $375,000 and $425,000. The anticipated project schedule is to start and complete construction about Spring 2024.Bids shall be on a unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.
