Please see Amendment and Updated Price Schedule that is listed in the attachements.****The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District has a need for a Requirements Contract for Building and Grounds Maintenance Services at Youghiogheny River Lake. The Youghiogheny River Lake project is located on the border of Fayette and Somerset Counties, Pennsylvania and Garret County, Maryland. The dam is located on the Youghiogheny River, 74.2 miles upstream from its junction with the Monongahela River at McKeesport, PA. Public-use facilities owned and operated by the Corps at Youghiogheny River Lake include 3 boat launches, 2 campgrounds, bike trail, Spillway Recreation Area, Somerfield North Recreation Area, Mill Run Recreation Area, Outflow Recreation Area, wildlife management areas and Youghiogheny River LakeAn overview of the services required includes, but is not limited to: grass mowing, landscaping, janitorial services, solid waste and raw sewage removal, and pesticide application in accordance with procedures established in the Performance Work Statement which will be provided with the solicitation. The contractor is required to furnish all necessary management, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, fuel and vehicles. This procurement will be set aside 100% for Small Businesses. The NAICS Code is 561730, Landscaping Services and the Small Business size is $8 million dollars. The anticipated base period of performance will be from 1 December 2022 or date of award to 31 October 2023, with four (4) one-year option periods if exercised by the government. The total contract term including the exercise of any options, will not exceed 5 years 6 months.The government is planning a pre-quotation site visit; the date and time will be in the solicitation.All *responsible offerors are encouraged to participate.
