It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Contact with other than 502d Contracting Squadron personnel by potential offerors or their employees regarding this notice is prohibited. The purpose of this notice is to conduct Market Research only. The Department of Defense Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) in Joint Base San Antonio, TX has a requirement for personal

services for Sports Medicine Services to Support Versatile Injury Prevention and Embedded Reconditioning (VIPER) Mission, NAICS Code 621340 (Offices of Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists and Audiologists). Work shall be performed in accordance with the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall comply with all federal, state, and local environmental laws, rules and regulation. The 502d Contracting Squadron anticipates issuing an award for a Firm-Fixed Price (FP)/Indefinite Delivery -Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be publicized through Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) at www.fbo.gov. Contractors are solely responsible for monitoring the Internet to download the solicitation and any subsequent amendments. Paper copies and/or electronic mail of the solicitation and any subsequent amendments will not be provided under any circumstances. Prospective offerors shall have a current System for Award Management (SAM) registration prior to contract award.  Interested contractors should respond to this Sources Sought Notice in order to facilitate the Government's Market Research efforts. The Government will analyze all responses and determine the business strategy for this acquisition.
