Honeywell Energy Management Control System Upgrade

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY; THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION, SPECIFICATIONS, OR DRAWINGS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.Upgrade Ellsworth Air Force Base’s Energy Management Control System (EMCS) at Building 7274. The Honeywell controls shall be upgraded from C-Bus protocol to BACnet protocol and the building HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) controllers, thermostats, and bus wire will all be replaced.This is a purchase for parts and the labor required to complete job.Should you be interested, all offerors must possess and maintain a current registration in SAM.gov. SAM registration is required for solicitation & award through final invoice.This is a SOURCES SOUGHT.
