The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FLCPS) intends to solicit for a single award, firm fixed-price supply type contract for new and replacement Motorola radios in various quantities, configurations, and associated equipment in support of the Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific (SWFPAC) Enterprise Land Mobile Radio (ELMR) Motorola infrastructure. This requirement is intended to be negotiated on other than full and open competition brand name procurement with Motorola or Motorola authorized distributors per FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This requirement is to be solicited using commercial, simplified

acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5 utilizing Low Price Technically Acceptable evaluation factors resulting in award of a Firm Fixed Price supply type contract. The place of delivery is Naval Base Kitsap Bangor 98313 F. O. B. Destination with required delivery of 9 Weeks ARO. This requirement solicitation under N00406-18-Q-0103 and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: https://www.neco.navy.mil. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 5 March 2018 with a closing date of on or before 19 March 2018. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring this site for any amendments.
