Project Description One-Two Sentences Please request project brief from aedean@fac.unc.edu. Soliciting CM at Risk firms for the Translational Research Building project. The new Translational Research Building (TRB) will consolidate existing high containment and vivaria with additional growth for a 160,000 gsf building. The building will address research expansion in addition to deferred maintenance issues with current facilities. It will replace multiple old facilities with a new facility that allows UNC to compete with top biomedical academic research institutions across the country.
