The City of Henderson, Nevada, is soliciting responses from qualified Design-Build Teams to upgrade finishes within City Hall over multiple years with prioritized phases.
Scope includes flooring replacement, repainting interior walls, lighting upgrades, and modifications to the acoustical treatments. In addition, labor to remove and reinstall wall-hung items, a moving services company, and a furniture disassembly/assembly company will be required.
