Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, transportation and disposal as necessary to complete the construction of NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS, Chula Vista, CA in accordance with Specification No. 2023-14 and Drawing No. CV-2023-01. The Work shall include, but is not limited to the following: a) Bayfront Park's Parking Lots 1, 2, and 3: approximately 4" thick full asphalt concrete replacement, compaction of existing base, pavement marking and striping, catch basin repair and grate replacement, adjust manhole and valve covers to grade as required as shown on the drawings and as described in these specifications. In addition, erosion control and SWPPP preparation, implementation, and maintenance throughout the project duration shall be included. b) Marina Way roadway: approximately 6" thick full asphalt concrete replacement, compaction of existing base, pavement marking and striping, adjust manhole and valve covers to grade as required as shown on the drawings and as described in these specifications. In addition, erosion control and SWPPP preparation, implementation, and maintenance throughout the project duration shall be included. B. It is intended that the Work be completed in every respect under the Contract Document, and such items or details not mentioned above or not included in the Bid Schedule that are required by the Contract Documents shall be furnished, performed, placed, constructed, or installed by the Contractor. C. The total contract duration is 90 calendar days. The Engineer’s Construction estimate for this work is $2M. Contractor’s Qualifications: A. The Contractor’s License Requirement for this contract is a California State Contractor’s License, General Engineering Contractor, License A or Earthwork and Paving Contractor, License C-12 , in accordance with the provisions of Division 3, Chapter 9, of the Business and Professions Code of the State of California. B. Contractor or its Subcontractors shall comply with all other required certifications and qualification as described in various sections of the Contract Documents. In addition, Bidder shall have a minimum of five (5) years of experience of successful completion of projects of similar scope and size as described in the Scope of Work.
