EBMUD is soliciting proposals for the preparation of construction contract documents for the Water Treatment Plant Effluent Meters, Large Customer Meters, Rate Control Stations, and Regulators Improvements Design Project. Please respond to this RFP no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, November 13, 2020. Proposers are to submit one (1) original hardcopy RFP response (Exhibit A – RFP Response Packet, including Contract Equity Program forms and all additional documentation stated in the "Required Documentation and Submittals" section of Exhibit A), all with original ink signatures. Proposers must also submit an electronic copy of their RFP response with their hardcopy RFP response Package.
