The City of Santa Clara (“City”) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (“SOQ”) from qualified firms to furnish all labor, materials, tools, permits, and equipment necessary to provide as-needed electric utility engineering services, in support of Silicon Valley Power, the City’s electric utility.
