Bids to Division of Purchases and Supplies Owner's Agent One Government Center 640 Jackson St., Ste. 2000 Toledo, OH 43604 Description Scope of Services This project is to make renovations to the baseball complex at Detwiler Park. Work included but not limited to: renovations to the concession building and restrooms, infield drainage systems, pedestrian entrance, concrete work, roof replacement, electrical work, plumbing, installation of retaining walls and pavers, landscaping and site restoration. The State of Ohio NatureWorks funds are being used to assist with this construction project and that relevant state requirements may apply. All bids must have the required paperwork and bid guaranty attached with this e-bid in order to be deemed responsive. If you are e-bidding and are using a check as the bid guaranty, the check must be received by the Division of Purchases and Supplies no later than the due date and time to be deemed responsive.
