The Town of Colchester is requesting bids for The Colchester Police Station Outfall Repair Project, which includes the installation of approximately 50 linear feet of stormwater pipe, a stone-lined plunge pool, stream bank armoring, landscaping, and site restoration in accordance with the plans prepared by Hoyle, Tanner & Associates, dated April 15, 2021, and the Town of Colchester Department of Public Works Specifications and Standards, the effective date of November 12, 2019.
BIDS will be received by the Town of Colchester Department of Public Works, at 781 Blakely Road, Colchester, VT 05446 until Monday, May 10, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. Sealed Bids should be addressed to Karen Adams, Department of Public Works, 781 Blakely Road, Colchester, VT 05446.
Due to covid-19, we will not be publicly opening the bids. A bid tabulation will be prepared and distributed upon request by interested parties.
An in-person, outdoor non-mandatory pre-bid conference for prospective bidders will be held at the project site on Friday, April 30, 2021, at 2:00 p.m.
Site visits outside of the pre-bid conference will need to be completed between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and must be requested 24 hours in advance to both Public Works
(264-5620) and Police Dispatch (264-5555).
