An original and three (3) additional hard copies of the proposal and one (1) electronic copy on a USB of the proposal shall be received at the office of the SCTA Executive Director, 45 Erick Road, Lancaster, PA 17601, no later than 2:00 pm, prevailing time, on Wednesday, August 9, 2023. A non-mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held.
