Bethlehem Township will receive sealed proposals for the Hecktown Road / Dartmouth Drive RRFP Design and Oakland Road / Santee Road RRFP, Bethlehem Township, Northampton County, Pennsylvania. Proposals will be submitted online via the PennBid Program (https://pennbid.procureware.com) by the undersigned until 3:00 PM (Prevailing Time), Thursday, July 13, 2023 at the 4225 Easton Avenue, Bethlehem, PA 18020. A summary of bids received will be displayed on PennBid immediately after bid opening. The principal items of work include but are not limited to: The excavation and removal of existing sidewalk and installation of curb, curb ramps, pavement restoration, flashing beacon and school zone signals, pavement markings, topsoiling, seeding, and mulching. Each Bidder shall deposit with its Proposal a certified check, bank money order or Bid bond in the amount of not less than ten percent of the Total Bid as defined in the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall complete the electronic bid form within PennBid (“RESPONSE” tab), inclusive of all pricing items and required supporting documents as identified. The minimum wages paid for all labor employed on this project shall be as established by the Secretary of Labor, Department of Labor and Industry, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and as tabulated in the Project Manual.
