Leavenworth, KS is seeking businesses with current, relevant experience to modify existing Government Off-The-Shelf software, Joint Doctrine Development Tool (JDDT) into the Army Doctrine Development Tool (ADDT).  The project, if awarded under a contract, will include:Modify JDDT to deliver an Army Doctrine Development Tool (ADDT)Web based application hosted on US Army servers in accordance with network security protocolsUpload of draft US Army documents for review and comment by the Army enterpriseProvide customer support and server maintenance.Produce an Army Doctrine Program standard CRMADDT data base enabling record search by doctrine developers and writersCAC enabled access to ADDT for all active DoD members and employees (CAC carrying contractors & DA Civilians).The vendor shall provide all software, software licenses, updates, programming, labor and materials required for a complete turn-key solution.The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code(s) should be classified under is 511210 (Software Publishers), with a corresponding Small Business Size Standard of $41,500,000 are encouraged to submit a response for review.
