Time-Frame for Delivery, Duration of Contract and Extension Options It is anticipated that the resulting contract will be awarded in October 2022. It is the City’s intention to enter into a contract with only one (1) legal entity. The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of one (1) year, with an option in favour of the City to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for two (2) additional one (1) year terms. 5.
