Added: Oct 24, 2017 12:15 pm The Department of the Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Pacific (SSC Pacific) intends to issue solicitation No. N66001-17-R-0170 for the award of multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contracts to provide analysis and test engineering services to support for Analysis and Test Engineering of Tactical Data Link systems. This effort also includes evaluation and implementation of other applications to support resolution of U.S. and Coalition/Allied military TDL interoperability communications problems. Each contract will be awarded for the entire estimated level-of-effort specified in the RFP; however, the competition of task orders may reduce each awardee's actual total effort to a level significantly below the ceiling value of each award. It is anticipated that the prospective contract will have a two- year base period and three, one-year option periods. The estimated level of effort for the total requirement is 946,400 hours. This is a 100% small business set-aside competition which is anticipated to result in the award of a multiple award contract. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541330, exception-A for Military and Aerospace Equipment and Military Weapons, with a size standard of $38.5 million. The incumbents are Assured Space Access Technologies, Inc. (N66001-13-D-0091), Koam Engineering Systems, Inc. (N66001-13-D-0092), and Tactical Engineering & Analysis, Inc. (N66001-13-D-0093).
