No award will be made as a result of this market survey.The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) is seeking potential sources to provide the Demonstration and Assessment Team (DAT) support services for:Experimentation Demonstration & Assessment (EDA); Planning, execution,

analysis, and reporting on technical demonstrations and operational assessments, and military utility assessments of emerging science and technology (S&T) to determine operational effectiveness and suitability.Operational Force Integration & Engagement (OFI&E); Coordinating the support of DOD forces and bases to provide warfighter feedback on the operational value of S&T initiatives and concepts through focus groups/warfighter workshops and field-based assessments.Cyber Security Test & Evaluation (CTS&E); Cybersecurity engineering support in all phases of system development life cycle & sustainment, Risk & Vulnerability Assessment expertise in conducting assessments in support of system validation IAW federal law, National Institute for Standards and Technology (NIST), DoD, and service level policies. The contractor’s Operational Research Analysts, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Computer Systems Analysts, Information Security Engineers, and Vulnerability Assessment Analysts shall support DAT to achieve sponsor program plan objectives and operational goals as defined in the performance work statement (PWS).
