Financial Consulting and Advisory Services ( 22-2023) Project Description :This Solicitation is open to all interested vendors RFSO Summary: The City of Calgary (The City) is issuing this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) to provide financial and commercial consulting and advisory services for project, business and transaction evaluations under the direction of The City’s Corporate Finance group with the Treasury Division. Corporate Finance General Advisory Services include: Project and business evaluation, including risk assessment and management; debt financing review and support; loan and loan guarantee reviews including business evaluation; procurement support, including commercial advice, and evaluating alternative delivery approaches; assessing government best practices; financial due diligence, including financial modelling; strategic advice; governance support; financial advisory; transaction advisory; economic advisory; and sustainable finance advisory. Scope of work documents to be developed by Corporate Finance, Treasury. Work under this RFSO will be facilitated under the direction of the Corporate Finance (CF) , Treasury team. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. Term of Agreement: Three (3)
