Intent: Maricopa County (County) is soliciting real estate broker services, tenant/buyer representation, and other related services. The County is seeking licensed, experienced, transaction-based commercial real estate firms to provide support in meeting the County’s real estate needs. The County requires services from a real estate firm that can willingly and successfully assist in all areas of the real estate leasing process and the real estate purchasing process within an environment that must consider a wide variety of complex assignments.
