Belton ISD (BISD), hereafter referred to as DISTRICT or OWNER, is issuing an RCSP  to upgrade the existing HVAC Equipment located at 611 Saunders, Belton, TX 76513. This Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (RCSP) is an approved procurement method for this project as provided by Chapter 2269, Subchapter D of the Texas Government Code.

The RCSP provides the information necessary to prepare and submit a sealed proposal for consideration and ranking by the Owner. The Owner will select the Proposal that offers the "best value" for the District based on the selection criteria and weight criteria contained in making this determination. Upon approval of the final ranking, the Owner will attempt to negotiate a contract with the first ranked Proposer. The Owner may formally end negotiations with the Proposer and proceed to the next ranked Proposer in the order of the selection ranking until a contract is reached or all proposals are rejected.
