The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to issue a Boundary Crossing Permit at Big Lake Airport to Michael L. Hixssen, whose property lies within the Hobson subdivision with access to the boundary of Big Lake Airport utilizing South Tailwind Circle under ADA-09255 (Item No. 3). The permit will be issued in accordance with Alaska Administrative Code 17 AAC 45.285.  Annual fee: $625. Authorized uses: Aeronautical.Written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., March 26, 2019, after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the permit.
