RFP for Fuel Dyes

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to select a Contractor that will provide Fuel Dyes to the Province for its Fuel Dye Authorization Program.The Province of British Columbia collects a tax on the sale of fuel sold. Provincial legislation provides a reduced tax or tax exemption for fuel sold for specific uses.To distinguish reduced tax or tax exempt fuel from a taxable fuel, the Province is seeking a Contractor who can provide a dye or dye/marker combination which can be added to the reduced tax or tax exempt fuel. Contract duration The estimated contract period will be 60 month(s).
