Basis of Award: It is the County's intent to award this contract to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder on a total price. Per paragraph 7 of the General Terms & Conditions, the County reserves the right to award as deemed in its best interest. County/State License Requirements: In order to be considered a responsive and responsible Vendor for the scope of work set forth in this solicitation, the Vendor must possess a specified license at the time of submittal

(refer to Special Instructions for requirements). Item Response Form: Quantities listed on Item Response Form are the estimated Initial One-Year Contract Period/Term amount. The sum of all line items will be the Vendor's Initial One-Year Contract Period/Term price. Pricing should be based on unit cost per 1,000 for each Item . For example: TRN2124600B3--01-01 - Printing of Bus Timetables Services - 1,000 - 4,999 print quantity should be 180 each (Quantity) x $ 75.00 (Unit Price) = $13,500.00 . Pricing should not be based on one individual timetable. Questions and Answers: The County provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through Periscope S2G by the date and time referenced in the solicitation document (including any addenda). The County will respond to all questions via Periscope. Submittal Instructions: Vendor MUST submit its solicitation response electronically and MUST confirm its submittal in order for the County to receive a valid response through Periscope S2G. Refer to the Purchasing Division website or contact Periscope S2G for submittal instructions. It is the Vendor's sole responsibility to assure its response is submitted and received through Periscope S2G by the date and time specified in the solicitation. The County will not consider solicitation responses received by other means. Vendors are encourage to submit their responses in advance of the due date and time specified in the solicitation document. In the event that the Vendor is having difficulty submitting the solicitation document through Periscope S2G, immediately notify the Purchasing Agent and then contact Periscope S2G for technical assistance.
