NAWC WOLF UX-24 Mugin 3600 Fixed Wing Aircraft

Subject presolicitation synopsis is for a sole source award for a fixed price contract to Offshore Aviation Group for the procurement of Commerical-Off-The-Shelf Mugin 3600 Fixed Wing Aircrafts to be used for Counter UAS testing. The requirement includes OA-2E Phoenix fixed wing aircraft; fully built and the OA-8C Dragon Fly which includes the OA-8C, Dell laptop, set of spare batteries, spares kit (props, esc, and motor), and spare landing gear. The period of performance is anticipated to be 30 days.The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1.Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determinationby the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solelywithin the discretion of the Government.
