Art in Embassies - Kampala

The U.S. Department of State, Office of Acquisition Management (AQM) intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order to Zacherey Willis for the installation and consultation of an art collection. The proposed purchase order is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This specific vendor product was chosen for their ability to provide expert installation planning, hardware construction and onsite installation services, coordinating with the unique architectural details, the environment, and the conditions at the US Embassy in Kampala, Uganda.  No other vendor product will meet the unique services and schedule which has been established by OBO.
