U.S. Naval Medical Research Unit No. 6 (Namru-6) in Lima, Peru is searching for a supplier of Liquid Nitrogen on a weekly basis to keep full and constant capacity, the amount of tanks needed are 16 a month, 4 tanks of 154.13 m3 each week.If capable sources are not identified through this notice, then NAMRU 6 intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 13.106-l(b)(i) to the local vendor (Peru) Air Products SAC.The pre solicitation is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for the requirement.Sources interested to this notice are required to submit a capability statement that includes management, technical data and cost information, with details and supporting evidence to demonstrate the capability to perform the required work. The capability statement shall not exceed 5 pages (8.5 x 11 inch) using a font size not smaller than 10 points.All capability statements received by the due date will be considered by the Government.
