Only tenderers who score a minimum of 17 points out of a possible 24 points in order to be responsive: Tender Data, of the proposed functionality criteria and point system for evaluation. The following functionality criteria apply: (a) Asphalt Road Construction Experience (Maximum 12 points) (b) Technical Expertise (Maximum 12 points) are eligible to submit tenders. A non-refundable tender deposit of R300.00 payable by cash is required on collection of the Tender documents. A
