Montrose County is accepting sealed bids for from qualified contractors to improve the existing Horsefly Creek bridge B-149 on Sanborn Park Road, near Hank’s Valley Road. The site is located 25 miles southwest of Montrose at an elevation of approximately 8,400 ft.In general, the work consists of the removal and disposal of the existing bridge rail, patching existing prestressed concrete double tee sections, placing new reinforced concrete deck, installing new AASHTO compliant galvanized bridge rail, and installing new guardrail transitions, and ancillary work.Please see related documents for additional
