Prevailing Time on Tuesday January 10, 2023, and immediately thereafter will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Controllers' Office Suite 403, Courthouse Square Office Building, 100 West Beau Street, Washington, Pa. 15301. Late bids will not be accepted. All bids must be submitted as ONE ORIGINAL & THREE COPIES according to the specifications and upon a uniform proposal blank. Plans and specifications can be obtained at the Washington County Purchasing Office, 95 West Beau Street, Suite 430, Washington, PA 15301.
