The selected firm will be required to provide Environmental Documentation, all Permits, Topographic Survey, Geotechnical Investigation, Pavement Design, Utility Coordination, Design and Plan Preparation, and Construction Phase Services. Tree Clearing is anticipated. Additional services may also be required, such as

Archaeological Investigations and/or Historical/Architectural Investigations. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item.
